Ominous skies
Sunday 23rd March, 2008A comment on McNairn.com about a photo
I had published last year in JPGmag drew me back into looking at tree photos
for possible submission to an editor collating photos on Botswana. In
so doing, this shot I took last week suddenly took shape as a tritone candidate
..... here's the outcome.
Julie contemplating another snowboarding trip
Friday 21st March, 2008After the debacle of torn knee ligaments,

Graffiti Shoot
Sunday 2nd March, 2008Jenni was finishing off Casey's makeup
and hair for a graffiti-type shoot Jenni was doing with Casey this week-end,
so I hung around to get a few shots of the process ... one of the
perqs of being the father of the model I guess.

What a day to be outdoors !
Friday 8th February, 2008Last Saturday we were headed for Breamar,
in the Scottish Highlands, after a perfect snowfall .... cameras loaded
and no deadlines .... what joy.

The joy of being two photographers, means different perspectives on the same subject, with Jenni capturing the brooding mood of the weather far more effectively.
